Redefining how women learn their bodies.

→ Join the First SOMA Cohort

The body education many women never received.

You have lived in your body every day of your life.

It has carried you through childhood, puberty, love, heartbreak, pleasure, pregnancy, birth, healing, and becoming.

And yet, for many of us, no one ever taught us how to truly know it.

We learned about reproduction.

We learned what could go wrong.

We learned how to prevent pregnancy.

Many of us learned shame.

Many of us learned disconnection.

But very few of us were taught how to build a relationship with the body we live in every single day.

Many women have never even seen their own vulva.

Many don’t know the names of their anatomy.

Most of us were never taught that our nervous system shapes the way we experience pleasure, intimacy, boundaries, desire, and even our sense of safety.

We cannot care for what we do not know.

SOMA was created to begin changing that.

YOUR BODY HAS BEEN LEARNING YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.

Every experience you’ve lived has shaped the relationship you have with your body today.

The way you respond to touch.

The way you protect yourself.

The way you long to be seen.

Pregnancy.

Birth.

Pleasure.

Pain.

Pelvic exams.

The comments made about your body.

The moments your body wasn’t listened to.

Your nervous system remembers.

Your body isn’t broken.

Your nervous system has always been adapting.

SOMA is where a new relationship with your body begins.

Not through fixing yourself.

Through understanding your body.

Through compassion.

Through relationship.

Your relationship with your body shapes every relationship you’ll ever have.

Inside SOMA

Each gathering builds upon the last, weaving together education, embodied practice, conversation, and reflection. Together, we’ll cultivate a relationship with your body rooted in curiosity, understanding, and trust.

COMING HOME

Everything begins here.

Before we explore anatomy, pleasure, or intimacy, we begin by learning the language of your own nervous system.

Through breath, somatic practice, and gentle awareness, you’ll begin creating a foundation of safety from which everything else unfolds.

THE ART OF CONSENT

Most of us think consent is something we offer another person.

But before we can communicate a yes or a no to someone else, we first have to recognize it within ourselves.

Together we’ll explore the Wheel of Consent® and begin understanding boundaries, receiving, giving, desire,

This is consent as a living practice, not just something you understand in theory.

MEETING YOUR BODY

Most of us were never taught the anatomy of their own vulva.

Through guided external vulva mapping, you’ll begin replacing uncertainty with familiarity, and observation with relationship.

Because it’s difficult to care for something you’ve never truly been taught to know.

MAPPING THE LANDSCAPE

There is a whole part of your body that many women have only experienced through medicine.

Through guided internal vaginal mapping, you’ll become familiar with the inner landscape of your body—not to fix anything, but simply to know yourself more deeply.

RECLAIMING THE PELVIC SPACE

For many women, pelvic healthcare has been something to endure rather than something that honors them.

Together we’ll explore how to reclaim agency, choice, and safety within the pelvic space, transforming the way you experience your body and your healthcare.

The Erotic Self

What turns you on is not random.

Beneath desire are often deeper patterns: the feelings, dynamics, sensations, and stories that make you feel most alive.

This week is an invitation to get curious about your own erotic landscape and begin discovering what genuinely opens you, moves you, and brings you closer to yourself.

ORGASMIC YOGA

Orgasmic Yoga is an embodied mindfulness practice that uses breath, attention, touch, and sensation to deepen your relationship with pleasure.

There is nothing to perform and nowhere to get to. Only an invitation to listen more closely to the wisdom of your own body.

RETURN

Eight weeks will not teach you everything about your body.

But it can change the way you listen to her.

Our final gathering is a space for reflection, integration, ritual, and honoring what has shifted as you carry this relationship with yourself forward.

WHO THIS IS FOR

If you’ve spent years caring for everyone else’s body before your own.

If you’re learning to ask for what you really want.

If you’re tired of enduring.

If you’ve learned to ignore what your body has been whispering.

If you’ve forgotten what pleasure feels like.

If your body is asking for something your mind can’t quite name.

If you’ve always sensed there was more to your body than what you were taught.

If you’re ready to meet yourself differently.

a note from Megan
For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of sitting beside women.
In yoga classes.
In birth rooms.
In circles.
In the moments where someone begins listening to their body in a new way.
For a long time, those parts of my work felt separate.
Until one day I realized they were all asking the same question.
How do we come home to ourselves?
Every birth I’ve attended.
Every woman I’ve walked beside.
Every season of my own life.
Every one has brought me back to the body.
SOMA is where all of those years meet.
I’d be honored to share it with you.
With love,

— Megan

Frequently Asked Questions

In Their own words

BODY CONNECTION

“During our sessions Megan made me feel loved and heard. She created a safe space where I could explore my body lovingly. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable with what we were doing. She helped me view my body with curiosity and wonder, always respecting my boundaries. She was truly amazing and I feel very lucky to have had her as a guide and teacher.”

— Francisca
RECLAIMING PLEASURE

“After having my baby, I wanted to feel connected to my body again and actually enjoy intimacy with my partner, but I realized I was carrying so much shame from past experiences that I hadn’t even recognized.

Working with Megan gave me a space to slow down, unlearn so many old beliefs, and reconnect with my body without pressure or judgment. For the first time, I felt like I was building a relationship with my body based on curiosity instead of fear.

The work we did changed so much more than my intimate life. It changed the way I see ME.”

— Caitlin
EMBODIED BIRTH

“Working with Megan completely changed the way I prepared for my first birth. Instead of just learning about labor, I developed a real understanding of my own body. She helped me connect with my breath, my pelvis, and my nervous system in a way that made me feel confident instead of afraid.

When labor came, I trusted my body because I knew it. That level of embodiment was invaluable, and I truly believe it made a huge difference in my birth experience. Every expecting mother deserves this kind of preparation.”

— Dani

SCAR TISSUE HEALING

“I honestly thought the pulling and tightness I felt after having three kids was just my new normal. I had tearing with my births, and I never imagined the scar tissue could actually change.

Megan introduced me to scar tissue remediation, and it was one of the most empowering things I’ve ever learned. Instead of relying on someone else to “fix” me, I realized I could support my own healing at home.

I have so much more comfort, awareness, and trust in my body now. I only wish I’d learned this years ago.”

— Lauren

Every story is unique. Every body is different. Healing is never one-size-fits-all.
